Karen Bowles comes to The Crossings at Columbia with over 20 years of long term care experience to include skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. Her most recent experience included opening a brand new community in Augusta Georgia.
Karen has been active in her community where her passion has been to serve others. She received the Rotarian of the Year award for her work in piloting an Interact Club and Roteract Club which are student clubs that teach high school and college students the value of “Service Above Self.”
When she is not working, she loves being with family. She is married to Robby, also in long term care. They have two children, Lauren a junior Special Education major at the University of South Carolina- Aiken and Rushton a sophomore second baseman on his high school baseball team.
